What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Don't worry, we'll take care of you. Please follow these simple steps.

1- Determine how many box having damages on the outside and write a notation on the delivery paperwork before you sign for it, also Take some clear pictures, that will help speed damage replacement  process. 
2- Please do not refuse the item due to damage without our permission. if you need help call 1-800-665-5408
3-Keep in mind you are responsible to save the damaged items with the original packing until  either we send some Co to pick it up or to be inspected, at our discretion, Also we will arrange for any necessary repairs or get the necessary replacement parts sent out to you ASAP.
4- If you refuse an item without our permission, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement items (this will be actual shipping cost)
